How it began

Kilcullen Community 4 Climate Action was set up by a group of individuals who want to develop community resilience and work towards caring for our environment.

AIM

The aim of the group is to form a community group which will empower people to make substantive changes in their lives in order to address the issue of climate change

OBJECTIVES

Members will find support and the opportunity to share and discuss ideas among like minded people

On-going education will be a priority, as will linking up with like-minded groups.

We have to date had a free book table in Kilcullen town, as well as a plant swap and a Water Blitz.

We are also hosting a presentation and discussion about biodiversity and what it means to us as humans with regard to our own health and well-being.
